“CHIANTI COLLI SENESI„ d.o.c.g.
Wine derived from 90% Sangiovese and 10% Canaiolo grapes, gathered fully ripe and fermented with selected yeasts for approximately 15- 20 days.
In this period, the wine remains in contact with the skins, to guarantee color, full flavor, and fragrance; next, it is transferred from vat to barrel and the full must will be used to produce this wine.
The wine rests in steel for 3-4 months; afterward, it is bottled, producing 1400 bottles per year.
Total alcohol by volume: 13%
Sugar: residue 1 g/l.
Total acidity: 5 g/l.
Net Dry extract: 20 g/l.

color: bright ruby tending toward garnet red with aging;aroma: intense wine fragrance, perhaps with an aroma of violets and with more a pronounced refined nature in the aging phase;
flavor: harmonious, dry, zesty, slightly tannic, maturing over time to a soft velvety taste.
